Creative Director

Crafted a variety of exciting and interactive experiences for a diverse portfolio of clients including Havas, JWT, Ogilvy, Publicis, VML, Rosetta, Flashpoint Interactive, Azzam Jordan Inc, Stein Rogan + Partner, Mindshock Inc, Agent 16, On Point Creative, Cline Davis and Mann, Mirrorball, and SelectNY. 

  • Cultivated marketing collateral for use across all digital platforms. 

  • Provided guidance on best-practices for visual interaction for
    marketing content.

  • Created and managed 100s of projects from conception through to execution while adhering to all budgetary restraints, timeline benchmarks, and client specifications.

  • Collaborated with clients to establish the vision, conceive designs and expertly convert features to benefits to achieve client objectives.

Havas

Freelance Creative Director UX + Design
Crafted a series of user-centered design and experiences for the launch and development of Paxlovid for Pfizer.

  • Bridged the gap between traditional design and user experience for brands such as Pfizer and various other clients.

  • Contributed to the conception and development of brand guidelines for Paxlovid, helping to ensure a consistent and cohesive visual identity across all communication channels.

  • Conceptualized and presented pitches to clients, effectively communicating our creative ideas and strategies to secure new business.

  • Oversaw the global design of both digital and traditional media for Paxlovid.com.

  • Played a key role in crafting the Pfizer Pro design system, which has been utilized across multiple brands to maintain consistency and coherence in design.

  • Designed both HCP and patient-facing websites for Paxlovid.com, ensuring that both audiences had a seamless and user-friendly experience.

  • Developed sitemaps and wireframes for multiple clients, ensuring that the structure and flow of their websites were intuitive and easy to navigate.

Forged a clear path to user-centered design and develop a digital strategy that aligns with the organization’s mission and meets all branding objectives. meaningful relationships with clients, colleagues, and key stakeholders. 

  • Built, managed, and mentored a high-performing team of 5 UI/UX designers and 3 UX researchers tasked with translating stakeholders’ visions into innovative strategies and concepts that drive revenue and profit growth. 

  • Conceptualize and launch a transparent “Knowledge Base” website to share research and deliverables with 10 digital departments and stakeholders.

  • Foster and nurture a collaborative design and work environment by celebrating large and small milestones, running meetings in alternative formats, and organizing 2 group lunches per month. 

  • Devised and propose an annual budget of $1M, working within financial parameters to obtain vital research tools and digital platforms that enhance productivity 348%.

  • Adopted user-centered metrics, such as task success and time on task, to evaluate current projects and forecast success of future experiential efforts.

  • Provided art direction and oversaw production for the 360 CitiThankYou Rewards campaign.

  • Introduced a style guide for Citibank.com to ensure cohesion and consistency in all corporate communications.

JWT

Creative Director

  • Conceived and developed a creative strategy, while simultaneously directing the pitch, conception, and design of Tylenol®, Zyrtec Allergy Cast App®, Symbicort® and other brands for JWT.

  • Conducted rigorous market surveys and extensive competitive analysis to determine future marketing strategies.

  • Communicated technical insights in clear and concise ways to a non-technical audience.

  • Worked with Product Design team to ensure alignment with branding standards.

  • Delivered Art Direction and design for Pepsi.com, Hampton Hotels, The Hartford and Bank of America.

  • Leveraged existing content and new, in-depth user experience to overhaul existing Hampton Hotels site, introducing updated design treatments and a modernized booking widget that optimized ease of use.

  • Managed roadmaps, flowcharts, wireframes, blueprints, and prototypes for usability testing.
